2. APPLICATION OF THE TERMS

2.1 These Terms apply to all interactions between the User and the Company through the website or any other communication channel.
2.2 They also apply to the negotiation, conclusion, and execution of service contracts between the Company and the User.
2.3 These Terms do not replace or override any specific service agreements; in the event of a conflict, the written service agreement will prevail.
2.4 The Terms do not apply to legal representation in court or notarial services unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

3. IDENTIFICATION AND PERSONAL DATA

3.1 The Company may collect and process information provided by the User when making an inquiry or entering into a contractual relationship. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Personal identification number (if required)

  • Email address, telephone number, and physical address

  • Company details (if applicable)

  • Any documents or information voluntarily provided by the User

3.2 Personal data is collected for:

  • Providing and improving our services

  • Communicating with the User

  • Preparing and executing a service contract

4. ORDERING AND EXECUTION OF SERVICES

4.2 Each request will be reviewed, and the User will receive a written proposal detailing the scope of work, timelines, and applicable fees.
4.3 A contract is considered concluded once both parties confirm acceptance in writing (including by email).

5. TYPES OF SERVICES

5.1 The Company offers, among others:

  • Legal and regulatory advisory, including intellectual property

    5.2 Fees are determined individually based on complexity, duration, and required expertise. Where applicable, pricing may be influenced by minimum fee requirements under local or EU law.

6. WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS

6.1 The User may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason, provided that performance has not yet commenced.
6.2 Withdrawal must be communicated in writing via email to info@bluebridgeadvisory.eu.
6.3 If services have already begun, withdrawal is subject to payment for the portion of work completed.
6.4 If the Company has incurred costs before withdrawal, it may deduct such costs from any refund due.
6.5 Complaints regarding service quality must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion, with sufficient details to assess the claim. The Company will investigate and respond within a reasonable period.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is owned or licensed by the Company and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the website or its contents without prior written consent.
7.3 Where the Company delivers written reports, templates, or other intellectual work products, these are for the User’s internal use only and may not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. LIABILITY
